This Cookie Policy explains how OmevAI uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on websites and dashboards that link to it. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies do
A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser. Local storage keeps information in the browser without necessarily sending it with every request. Similar technologies may use scripts, pixels or device information to recognise a session, remember a choice, measure use or protect a service.
Some technologies are set by OmevAI (first party); others are set by a provider whose component is used on the page (third party).
2. Categories
Strictly necessary
These technologies are required to authenticate users, maintain a secure session, complete a requested login, prevent abuse, route traffic and remember privacy choices. The Service cannot provide the relevant feature without them. Where law permits, they are used without optional consent.
Preferences
These remember settings such as language or display preferences. A preference stored only on your device may not be transmitted to OmevAI.
Analytics
These help us understand page visits, navigation, referral source, device category and website performance. We use them only after consent where applicable. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the main Service.
Embedded services
A form, checkout or sign-in component may communicate with its provider when you intentionally open or use it. The provider may set technologies necessary for that requested feature and may process information under its own notice.
3. Current technology register
The exact register must be generated and verified against the deployed pages before this Policy becomes effective. The intended baseline is:
| Technology | Provider/category | Purpose | Typical duration | Classification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
omev_usage_session |
OmevAI | Authenticated usage-cabinet session | 12 hours | Strictly necessary |
omev_oauth_state |
OmevAI | Validate Google OAuth redirect and prevent request forgery | 10 minutes; deleted after callback | Strictly necessary |
| SEO workspace session | OmevAI | Maintain an authenticated SEO workspace session | Up to 30 days or logout/revocation | Strictly necessary |
| Language or interface preference | OmevAI browser storage | Remember selected interface settings | Until cleared or replaced | Preference |
| Consent record | OmevAI/consent manager | Remember analytics choice and Policy version | Up to 12 months | Strictly necessary |
omev_region |
OmevAI | Record whether the visitor is in a region where consent is required, so the consent request is shown where it applies | 24 hours | Strictly necessary |
_ga |
Google Analytics | Distinguish browser instances for aggregate analytics | Up to 2 years, subject to configuration | Analytics |
_ga_<container> |
Google Analytics | Maintain measurement/session state | Up to 2 years, subject to configuration | Analytics |
| Creem checkout technologies | Creem | Open checkout, prevent fraud and complete a requested purchase | Provider-dependent | Necessary for requested checkout |
| Google authentication technologies | Complete Google sign-in selected by the user | Provider-dependent | Necessary for requested sign-in |
The website must expose an automatically maintained scanner/register or update this table whenever a cookie, provider, purpose or duration changes.
4. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, OmevAI will:
- keep analytics and other non-essential technologies disabled until you choose them;
- offer
AcceptandRejecton the same layer, each reachable in a single click; - avoid preselected optional categories;
- record the choice and Policy version; and
- provide a persistent
Cookie settingslink that makes withdrawal as easy as acceptance.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. It prevents future optional storage/access after the preference is applied. You may also clear browser data or block technologies through browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent login.
Where a US privacy law requires recognition of an applicable browser opt-out signal, OmevAI will treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out from covered sale/sharing or targeted-advertising activity. OmevAI does not intend to sell personal data or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Third-party providers
For details about independent processing, review the notices presented by the relevant provider, including:
- Google Privacy Policy;
- Creem Privacy Notice; and
- the privacy notice displayed by the embedded form platform.
A third party may update its technologies independently. OmevAI will update this register and consent configuration when it adopts a material provider change.
